1. Ensure that the coating equipment is installed horizontally. It should be grounded, and an independent leakage switch should be installed for safe use.

2. Keep the coating machine clean, and use a compressed air machine to remove the dust inside and outside the casing, thread debris, etc. before starting the machine every day.

3. Hard objects (scissors, pens, rulers, tools, etc.) should not be placed on the workbench and the outer cover, so as not to be fed into the conveyor belt and damaged.  

5. Do not stop suddenly when running at high temperature. In this emergency situation, use a manual device to slowly rotate the conveyor belt to prevent damage to the conveyor belt due to high temperature.

6. Regularly clean the conveyor belt (use the original matching special conveyor belt decontamination cleaner to ensure a long service life of the conveyor belt): A. When the sticking and permeating glue is serious, clean the conveyor belt once every 4 hours; B. It must be stopped before get off work 1 cleaning.

7. Add lubricating oil (high temperature butter) to the transmission parts and bearings of the coating machine regularly every day to ensure the long-term smooth operation of the coating machine.

8. If the coating machine is moved to the original position and installed, be sure to adjust the level to prevent uneven pressure or deviation and damage of the conveyor belt.

9. When sticking, please try to make the upper piece smaller than the lower piece as much as possible, and the width of the cloth piece should not be larger than the working width of the coating machine, otherwise it may affect the sticking, the conveyor belt will run off or the coating machine will stop running.

10. Before shutting down after use, you must adjust the pressure to a no-pressure state, turn off the heating system, maintain the conveyor belt, and then set delayed cooling or automatic shutdown.
