OPTION UNIT 01 DUST REMOVER UNIT OPTION选配一除粉单元

Special designed to clean the excess powder following from printing. This machine adopt Heat Calendaring. Use Heat Calendaring Roller removes the remaining powder from both sides of the sheet.

Belt Suction Conveyor system for transporting sheets smoothly through the machine without damage.

Using a large size powder collection box, easy to clean.

Independent powder cleaner can be fitted to our machines.

调胶水厚度系统，出厂前设置好常规产品的胶水厚度，客户可以一键气缸调节胶水厚度，如果不同的产品可以进行微调根据

Glue thickness adjustment system, the glue thickness of conventional products is set before leaving the factory, customers can adjust the glue thickness with one key cylinder, if different products can be fine-tuned, which with gauge will be more clear to adjust

CUTTING UNIT割纸部分

割纸机配有张力控制器，防卷曲装置，确保纸张平整不卷曲。

The paper cutter is equipped with a tension controller and an anti-curl device to ensure that the paper is flat and not curled.

割纸部分含有磨砂轮，圆盘刀分切，满足客户不同材质膜分切要求

The paper cutting part contains grinding wheel, disc knife and hot knife for slitting, meeting customers' requirements for slitting films of different materials

弹跳辊有独立电机控制，利用速度差可以使纸张分离
The bounce roller is controlled by an independent motor, and the paper can be separated by using the speed difference

Choose to upgrade the chain knife unit which include round knife, suitable for waterbase gluing and thermal  BOPP/OPP/PET/PLA/PP and Metal film, etc

选择升级链刀割纸机，含圆盘刀，适合即涂预涂BOPP/OPP/PET/PL/PP及金属膜等材料。

Thin paper thickness above 105g, which can ensure the flatness of the paper, directly enter the next process of die-cutting and bronzing.

薄纸纸张105g以上，能确保纸张平整，直接进入后道模切烫金加工工艺。

割纸机单元功能结构

标配热刀割纸机,含圆盘刀，适合即涂预涂BOPP/OPP/PVC/PET/金属膜

2.  hobbing cutter structure, Running speed fast.

滚刀结构，运行速度快。

3. Suitable for 157g paper cutting, without film tail热刀通过感应器接收到纸张瞬间厚度的变化信号来决定裁切位置，裁切精准达到0.5mm。

The hot knife determines the cutting position by receiving the instantaneous thickness change signal of the paper through the sensor, the cutting accuracy0.5mm

纸张满版覆膜，热刀切膜。
